Q:
When will my part/s be shipped?
A: We
ship your parts between 3-5 business days after
confirmed payment
Q:
Are all parts new?
A: Yes, unless otherwise stated
or by special order from you. We sell parts from V-Twin,
Custom Chrome or Biker's Choice in factory packing
only.
Q:
How long shipping will take?
A: We ship
directly from the US to your address worldwide, using
USPS Priority International Mail. Most shipping will
arrive within 6-10 days but in some countries like Thailand
it can and most of the time it will take longer than
that.
Q:
How do I order parts which are not displayed in your
store?
A: Best would be if you can provide us
with the genuine OEM Harley Davidson or aftermarket
part number, year and model of your bike, or a good
description of what you need. Also we need to know if
you want a part in alloy polished, chrome or black,
depending what is available.
Q:
How long is the minimum rental time for your Harleys
in Thailand, and can I rent them without joining a tour?
A:
Minimum rental is 3 days, and yes you can rent them
without joining a tour. However, you will not ba allowed
to leave the island of Koh Samui without a tour guide
for security reasons.
Q:
Do you offer discounts on long term rentals?
A:
If you would like to rent a Harley for 4 weeks or longer,
we can give you a discount. In any case you will need
to visit our workshop for maintenance on the bike
from time to time. We want to be sure that all Harleys
are in a very good condition. Off course you can have
another ride for this period if applicable.
Q:
Do you sell Harley Davidson Motorcycles?
A:
We don't sell our own Harleys, but we can assist you
in finding the right bike. We have very good contacts
to the local Harley community in Switzerland, and know
most private owned bikes in Thailand anyway. Let
us know what you want, what about your budget and we
will send you some options within days.
